Everyone knows that ‘Red Flag’ laws are unconstitutional in that they allow a liberal judge to order the seizure of our firearms before we’ve even been charged with a crime. It’s the opposite of ‘innocent until proven guilty.’
IFC has stopped the expansion ‘Red Flag’ laws repeatedly, over the years. But given the size of our GOP majorities in Indianapolis, it’s time to put an end to this by repealing ‘Red Flag Gun Seizures’ for good!
