Indiana’s pre-emption law says that only the legislature can enact laws that govern firearms, ammo, and accessories. If the Left repeals it, Marion County (and any other county) will enact their own gun control laws!
This would lead to a patchwork quilt system of laws that will get gun owners arrested!
AR-15s could be legal in one county, not in another.
Constitutional Carry could be legal in one county, not in another.
If Senator Qaddoura’s bill passes, it won’t matter how solid Indiana’s gun laws are, because each county/city in the state will enact their own laws!
